Are you ready?
After scheduling your (free) initial consultation, you’ll be required to fill out a few forms to cover your current health situation and your personal goals. This will help me determine the best action plan for YOU! Your first session will be spent reviewing these forms in depth and discovering the best steps for your own personal journey.
Every additional session will include further dietary review & how it’s affecting your body. We’ll also spend some time looking into the other aspects of your life that may be contributing to your overall health. You have the choice of the 1 month Accelerated program, the 3 month Reset program, or the 6 month Transform program.
By your final session, you will have:

Sessions can be conducted via phone or video chat; each program option includes unlimited email correspondence for the duration of your program, total guidance, support & accountability!

1 MONTH ACCELERATED PROGRAM
- 4- 50 minute sessions, scheduled for once a week
3 MONTH RESET PROGRAM
- 6 – 50 minute sessions, scheduled for every other week
6 MONTH TRANSFORM PROGRAM
- 12 – 50 minute sessions, scheduled for every other week
